To return your product, first ask for an authorization # at service@bazz.ca.
You should mail your product to: Bazz, 2463 Rue Guenette, Ville St-Laurent QC H4R 2E9, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii other specified locations in the United States of America.
