Returns

If you’re looking to return your purchase, we’re to help!

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund on shipping fees. Product must be properly disassembled, sent in original packaging and in the same condition it was received in to qualify for a return.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. If you consider that the product is affected by a defect, before returning the product, please contact customer service by email at service@bazz.ca. Please include in your email, a description of the alleged problem and proof of purchase. If the warranty applies, BAZZ will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@bazz.ca. You will need to return your defective product first for us to analyze it, if you are still in the 30 days period a return label will be provided to you.

Once received and inspected, we will proceed with a replacement.
