We do not offer a refund on shipping fees. Product must be properly disassembled, sent in original packaging and in the same condition it was received in to qualify for a return.<\/p>\r\n<p>If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a refund. If you consider that the product is affected by a defect, before returning the product, please contact customer service by email at <a href=\"mailto:service@bazz.ca\">service@bazz.ca<\/a>. Please include in your email, a description of the alleged problem and proof of purchase. If the warranty applies, BAZZ will repair or replace the product in part or entirely free of charge.\u00a0 If warranty expired, we will do all we can to help you repair or replace the product in part or entirely.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you purchased your product at an authorized retailer, we suggest to contact retailer first.\u00a0 They will assist you in replacing\/repairing the product.\u00a0 It is possible however depending on retailer\u2019s policy that after a certain period of time after purchase they redirect you to BAZZ.\u00a0 In any case, the above policy during and after warranty period will apply.\u00a0 Note that no reimbursement will be offered by BAZZ for products purchased at an authorized retailer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <a href=\"mailto:service@bazz.ca\">service@bazz.ca<\/a>.
